[Zope] Error integrating Zope and MySQL

If you look, you will find that file somewhere else, I think in ZRDB/dtml or
some such. Just copy it into the right place.

This is either a bug in ZMySQLDA or Zope itself but it's been like that for
months and I wish someone would fix it :-S
