[Zope] Hotfix kills my Zope -- (ANNOUNCE: cgi.py vulnerability hotfix for Zope...)

[Ron Bickers]

ZC pulled the original Hotfix and corrected the problem.  The updated one I
installed yesterday hasn't caused any problems.
