[Zope] XML Parsed for all platforms?

I have a copy of PyExpat.py compiled from the beta 3 release. 
What would you like me to do with it? I can mail it to anyone who 
wants, or make it available for downloads.  

I needed to change pyexpat.c very slightly as the export definitions 
for initpyexpat seem to be a bit messed up, and I built some 
Microsoft project files, but otherwise no changes were needed.
