[Zope] Alternative management interface

I would try zzLocale Product.
http://www.zope.org/Members/yemartin/zzLocale

It was created to support different language interfaces while accessing to the
same Zope environment, and so it relies on renamed copies of the interface dtml
files.
Install it and you'll find out where to modify those files. Be aware that the
dtmls from version 0.0.5a are from a previous version of Zope, so you may need
to check out each one of the files, and maybe a folder reference.
