[Zope] can't install PoPy

On debian, my source install needed includes from 2 locations, so I did
this:

./configure --with-postgres-libraries=/usr/local/pgsql/lib
--with-postgres-includes="/usr/local/pgsql/include
-I/usr/src/postgresql-7.0.3-src/src/include/"

when i installed PoPy on my rh 7, with postgres & postgresql-devel from rpm,
i use
with-libs=/usr/lib with-includes=/usr/include/pgsql
