[Zope] LocalFS product

Error 267 is NT code for:
The directory name is invalid.  ERROR_DIRECTORY 

So you are using a bad pathname in your call.
Could be a permissions problem maybe.

Try mapping to the share from the command prompt or explorer and see if it
works/fails/challenges.
