   wo_pcgi = "without PCGI", where PCGI is PersistenCGI protocol, supported
by Zope.cgi (see below) and mod_pcgi2 Apache module.

   w_pcgi = "with PCGI", this includes "wo_pcgi" and also builds Zope.cgi.
