[Zope] Where are MySQL Driver and Adaptor Binaries for Windows?

Can anyone help me either build the MySQL database driver or just find the
binaries?  I get an error trying to build the database driver on my Win XP
box.  Gives me an error that it cannot find cl.exe.  Your help is
appreciated.
