[Zope] Idea: move "type to Add select box" to the top frame (logged in as..)

Well, how would you know where to add the object? I usually have between
3-10 different windows open when I work with Zope. Many of them would be
content windows. Loosing the possibility to add objects in these would be a
big drawback.
