[Zope] Document Management System needed

Hi Zope People!

I am searching a document management system which allows workflows, 
integration of incoming FAX, filling out of forms and editing
MS-Office documents via http.

I programmed a python product in my sparetime and like it. But the tasks listed above need some external products. Which one? How could I do this?

There will be about 20-50 people editing and up to 3 people programming.

Any ideas are welcome. Even ideas how to do this with non-zope solution.
