[Zope] Comprehensive IIS setup

Unfortunately there are no such instructions, we are trying to come up with
a best practice for Plone (which should be the same best practice for Zope).
Some combination of the ASP 404 script and FSCacheManager or IIS Rewrites

something that works great, we'd love to know about it.
