ok, i'm at

and i do not see the files neoboard_main.pt or neoboard_header.pt. I don't
see them in the subfolders either.

ah hah, is this the path?

ok, installed the new skin PT's, restarted zope and installed neoboard on a
fresh stock cmf 1.3 install and i get a NameError: global name 'neoboard' is
not defined.

I'll file it in your newfound collector. ;)
