[Zope] Corrupt ZODB on W2k

I was just hit by this a few days ago
(Thread: zope-cmf@zope.org: [Warning} Upgrade made login impossible). 

The problem is not restricted to Win. I, e.g., work on Unix.
We had lost permission/role mappings also on Solaris.

It does not happen frequently enough such that I see a good
change to analyse the problem.
In all cases, I saw up to now, some permission/role mappings had
been reset. It was sufficient to set them again to make Zope
workable again.
