[Zope] Spinning Zope and error message on W2K

Yes, I'm sure that we are using Python 2.1.3-- but on W2K.  

I've seen several references to this problem now, but no solution.

It seems that every now and then, a zope hang (spinning) occurs, 
and the only solution we have seen is for the user is to reload the 
page.  This seems to cure the problem.  A look at the 
STUPID_LOG_FILE shows the error that I mentioned.
