[Zope] Zope as a WinNT Service

Hi Mike.  After complelty trashing my default W2K Zope startup 
service with the Zope Windows controller, I needed to recreate the 
service, and did not have the resource kit tool to do so.  

Instead I used a free utilty called FireDaemon, which allows you to 
easily create an NT service wrapper around most any executable.

After setting this up, startup options are directly edited in the 
registry.  It has worked flawlessly, and is useful for other stuff too.
