[Zope] LocalFS or something equal

Im working on ZFS which will hopefully replace LocalFS and all other
External products (in theory) and some of almost any product to be accessed
from the file system. I have a working prototype so there should be an
initial release soon.

I havent heard of anyone taking over LocalFS unfortunately.
