[Zope] Wake up Zope faster on Windows

Most likely Windows has swapped the Zope process (or dependant =
components) out of RAM. And frankly, tuning the cache system on windows =
is a )=3D"#()("!)!=3D to do.=20

I am assuming NT/2k here? If so, open the task manager and enable the =
Swap usage column, then keep your eyes on it. If it seems to increase =
swap usage after a while, but decreasing the RAM usage, then that =
probably is the case?
