[Zope] CST vs Zope Sessions

Sadly, the tutorial that came along with CST has not been updated to
be compatible with the newer sessioning stuff.  But:

There is an introduction to Sessions in the Zope Book:

There are examples in the "Examples" folder included in the root
folder of Zopes 2.5.0+ (see the Shopping Cart example).

There are help docs in the help system (for example, visit the
session_data_manager object and click on Help).
