Yes, you do.  I don't know why this should be the case, but zope 2.5.x
*requires* python 2.1.2 apparently.  Bill's response seems to indicate that
this version dependency might not be the cause of the error that you are
seeing, but if I were you, I'd just install 2.1.2 and save yourself a lot of
trouble :-).
