[Zope] Installing ZMySQLDA on Windows

I'm gonna remove that page, http://www.zope.org/Members/philh/mysql, since
it's way out of date.

However I have a ray of sunshine for Zope/Win32/MySQL users.

Go here:

http://www.cs.fhm.edu/~ifw00065/index.shtml

and get the Win32 Installer for Zope/Mysql, it puts the MySQL stuff into
your normal Zope hierarchy, it says it works with zope2.4 but I can verify
that it works fine with Zope2.5.
