[Zope] Popy and ZPoPyDA on Zope 2.5

I use ZPsycopgDA, and I found that you actually have to install it
twice. You must copy the DA into the normal product place, and you must
also do a "make install" as well, which puts the relevant modules where
python can see them.

Maybe you have to do the same thing with ZPoPyDA.
