[Zope] Data.fs falls into 33GB hole

Packing fixed the problem, and I originally
pooh-poohed this idea, because it would create another
30G file right?  On second thought I think I'm wrong. 
It only exports the latest version of each object,
skipping all prior history.  If that's true, I could
have exported it to a file (approximately 350MB) and
imported it elsewhere.
