[Zope] newbie question...

Let me break the question into two parts:

1. The "http://localhost:8080 brings me to the Zope Quick Start Page.
   How can I make the Tutorial "Elvis Lives" as the home page?

2. Can a web site be built on a offline server with Zope and pushed to 
   a simple web hosting service that does't have Zope installed.
