[Zope] problem accessing Photo Folder

When accessing a Photo Folder we get the following error:

Site Error
An error was encountered while publishing this resource.
Error Type: IOError
Error Value: [Errno 32] Broken pipe

Zope 2.5.1 build from source, Python 2.1.3 build from source rpm, RH 7.3,
Dell PowerApp 120

How can we correct this?
