[Zope] How to prevent Localizer to grab another language when the default is not available

Hi all,

I have a multilingual web site in French, English and Dutch.

I was wondering how to prevent Localizer to display, lets say, the
English version when the French version for a message (in message
catalog) is empty. I would prefer Localizer to display the empty string
instead. 

Is it possible?
