[Zope] Info about Zope development partners/contractors?

I hope this is not considered off-topic:

We are in the process of developing some long term EU activities that 
may include significant Zope based Open Source development efforts, 
and which could include partners or contractors from Europe or other 
countries. And, as is well known, the EU likes to encourage SME 
(Small and Medium sized Enterprise) participation.

1) Is there already some well maintained directory of organizations 
that want to engage in Zope projects?

2) Or is there a directory of ongoing Zope based non-confidential 
projects that might embrace this sort of collaboration?

3) I'd be very happy of good recommendations and contacts (these 
off-list, please!)
