Hi and sorry for the cross-posting.

Following some discussions on zope3-dev and #zope3-dev regarding 
migration issues, it was agreed to set up a new mailing list,
  for the non-technical discussion of issues relating to the changeover 
from Zope2 to Zope3.  If you have an interest in the matter, please sign up.

The process of migrating from Zope 2 to Zope 3 will be more than just 
implementing some migration scripts. This list is intended to discuss 
all aspects of migration, including:

     * Zope 3 PR: helping people understand its implications,
       timings, etc

     * Legacy support strategies for Zope2

     * Documentation of the upgrade path, and other supporting materials
