[Zope] plone problem

just installed plone.  I unzip/tarred it and put symlinks in my
Products directory to all the CMFPl* folders created by tar.  However,
there are problems.  Here's the traceback printed with zope starts.
The error's don't appear critical as zope is still running.  I just
haven't created in plone objects yet.  Any advice?
