[Zope] Help with ASP404

I'm running iis in Windows XP, Zope 2.6.1 and Plone 1.0.1. After =
following the installation instructions in the asp page I get:

The operation timed out=20

a.. Browser Type:
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.0.3705)=20

Can anyone help?
