[Zope] Zope refuses to start with relative EVENT_LOG_FILE

>From Zope 2.6.1 on, Zope enters the "CLIENT_HOME" (default "var")
directory on startup. This probably means, that you must omit the "var/"
in the "EVENT_LOG_FILE" specification.
