[Zope] shifted zope on port 80 but ZMI/site is not coming

Are you doing the random things necessary to get Zope to run on low 
ports under Linux (as I assume from your signature)?

These are documented in doc/SECURITY.txt . I don't know what the 
symptoms of doing it wrong are, but it may be that it will run but 
simply cannot answer on the port.

Fyi, the best way to do that is to have Apache do a rewrite for you, 
especially if you're on the public network.
