The twisted-python list would know, but it's off the air while Glyph moves
cities. The paper on conch for pycon 2003 lists scp support as a "future"
thing. The twisted release process also calls scp to copy files around,
which suggests that it's not there yet. I have no idea how hard or easy
it would be to add this functionality.
