[Zope] Registering people in CMF as "Guests"

Problem is... if change it there, that means that every site will be
changed as opposed to doing it for one site and leaving the others to give
new members "Member" role.

It would be nice (and what I was fishing for) was to have that somehwere
within the CMF Site, not in the product.
