[Zope] Serving files directly from disk (new product)

We have a product which requires a few static files (images, flash
movies, etc.). I checked out the related stuff available on zope.org,
but they seem to have way too much functionality for our needs, so I
created a small 'LocalFS like' thingie.
It does nothing but serve files from the filesystem via www. Keep It
Simple, Stupid.
