Ups, PTS is from now on required for PCNG. There are too much unicode
problems with AT+Plone+Zope to be fixed without running PTS. Especially
I ran into lots of UnicodeDecodeErrors in StringIO...Living with PTS is 
much easier
and it does not hurt.
