Hi,

I have just tested the new version. Here are my comments:

The pretty printer seems to be too aggressive when removing spaces:

    this &amp; that                    
    --> this&amp;that

    some <a href="..">other</a> page
    --> some<a href="..">other</a>page

> - added a customcss-parameter (esp. for use in Plone) to render
> customized css-styles in difference to a global css correctly.
