In Zope 2.12 the snippet renders:

<meta name="description" content="blah" description="None" />

which should make it easy enough to track it down. Since you can use
snippets like:

<meta name="description" content="blah" i18n:attributes="description
description_default;" />

and have the value filled in by the i18n machinery, I don't think you
can call this an error.
