[zope2-tracker] [Bug 611707] [NEW] Zope2 versions.cfg references no-longer-avail version

Public bug reported:

The versions.cfg file supplied with Zope 2.12.10 references the useful
egg 'z3c.checkversions' but ties it to version 0.2.  That version does
not appear to be available on PyPI, which only has version 0.4.  Both
easy_install and zc.buildout fail to find the older version.
