[zope2-tracker] [Bug 1411755] [NEW] manage_refresh doesn't work

Public bug reported:

Zope version: 2.13.21

Tab "Refresh" do not show in the management view and there is no method
"manage_refresh" inside App/Product.py, but other stuff related with
refreshing a product still exists.

I don't know if it is a bug or a feature that do not exists anymore.
