Well, object names within a container obviously can't contain '/'. As
for utility names in APIDoc, I suggest that APIDoc should encode the '/'
with something else if it should appear in the URL. It seems like it
shouldn't use the urllib encoding mechanism for that, though, since that
seems to confuse browsers which think it's still a '/'.
