[Zope3-dev] Make index.html the default default view name.

To eliminate the need to define default browser view names for most objects,
I propose to make index.html the default view name for Interface.Interface.
This can be overridden for more specific object types, if necessary.
If there are no objections, I'll go ahead and add the required directive.
