Correct.  I think we were still trying to decide how and when that
would happen.  It wouldn't be difficult to add this to setup.py -- if
that's the right thing to do (I'm not sure).  I suspect we'll fix this
on Monday when we get rid of stupid_build.

Can it wait until then?
