May I suggest also moving all the base IToIRegistry stuff to the Interface 
package while you're at it?  ;)  (See my June 5th proposal on this list, 
which got +1's from Guido and Tres, as well as an "I like the gist of this" 
from Jim.)

I guess I really should get around to asking for CVS access...  :)
