please wait with your coding as Jim, Steve and I discussed the PackageServi=
ce=20
quiet a bit at EuroPython. Also, it is on Jim's ToDo list to refactor the=20
IToIRegistry. Furthermore he plans to refactor the entire ServiceManager as=
=20
it should not contain services at all.

Please let Jim write up the proposal first...
