[Zope3-dev] Heads up: massive service manager changes

I'm in the process of rewriting service managers to use packages,
TTW components, and TTW configuration objects.  I *hope* to check this
work in today. Any existing service managers will be broken. If you
have service managers in your sandboxes, you'll need to delete your
databases and rebuild your sandboxes.

I'll send another heads-up just before I check in.
