All work fine using Internet Explorer 5.50.4134.0600 on Windows NT.
[...]

All work fine using Opera (Version 6.01, Build 1041, Platform Win32,
System Windows NT 4.0), both absolute (pasted into address bar) and
relative (from http://telecommunity.com/funky/ ).

Email client (Outlook 2000 (9.0.0.2711)) ignores the last 2 characters,

... ignores the final character,

... ignores the final character.

Outlook understands all the links correctly if they're <bracketed> (eg.
