[Zope3-dev] Final(?) "Safe" Character List

The tilde is a very common accent in languages such as Portuguese=20
Spanish, which means it is a "dead key" on our keyboards (it only=20
generates a character with the next keystroke). So I have to hit ~ and=20
<space> to generate one ~. But to generate ~~, I can just hit ~ twice...=20
So if we are going to use ~, I'd rather use ~~.

The above also applies to ^~=B4`"', depending on the keyboard layout.
