[Zope3-dev] Startup directives

Hello everyone,

I just checked in some code that moved all the functionality out of z3.py 
into a configuration ZCML file. Check out the latest CVS version.

Please comment on the approach and make suggestions. This is more a proof 
of concept than what it necessarily will end up to be. I think for example, 
that it is right now too stiff for programmers and too hard for site 
admins, so I want to split the functionality.... but see the collector for 
more details.
