[Zope3-dev] ZMI encoding

Hi.

I have a question about zope3 zmi.

Can I select zmi default encoding on zope3?

I know zope3 internal data becomes unicode or utf-8.but, utf8 is not a
common browser encoding in Japan.there are three common
encodings,"jis", "shift jis" and "euc-jp".

Currently,zope2 does not allow to select default zmi encoding by every
user.so,I made a patch modified manage_page_header for setting
encoding in preferrence page and customize CMF skins.
it is bother and not good.
