Apparently I haven't any more -- the bug was nicely fixed in the
sandbox.  I took the liberty of commiting a small diff to Zope3 CVS
which removes my previously added tests and replaces them with the test
taken from datetime sandbox, which also finds my bug with the previous
datetime implementation.

It's almost done.  I would like to get clarification on a couple of
issues (regarding strftime and timetz.min/max) I've just added to the
TimeType of DateTimeWiki.
